Two people from Chester are accused of sexually abusing two intellectually disabled adult women, said the Delaware County District Attorney's Office in a release. A skull fished out of the Delaware River nearly 40 years ago has been identified as belonging to a missing New Jersey man, authorities revealed Monday, Jan. 30.
