Police: 20-Year-Old Chester City Man Facing Charges For Shooting Friend A 20-year-old Chester City man who had two warrants out for his arrest is facing charges for shooting his friend, and leaving him critically wounded last year, authorities said. Detectives responded to a report of a gunshot victim at Crozier Chester Medical Center on December 30, 2020, where they met a man who had sustained a gunshot wound to the back of the neck, according to the City of Chester Police Department.
