Four inches of snow at most was expected in the second snow storm of the week in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. But much more fell. NJ's Steven Boutte Heads To Prison For Pursuing Sex PA Girl
A New Jersey man will spend up to a dozen years in a Pennsylvania state prison after authorities say he tried to meet with a middle schooler for sex. Steven Boutte, 53, of Burlington, was convicted in December for involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, criminal attempt to commit statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, and related counts, said the Bucks County District Attorney's Office. Severe Thunderstorm Warning With Hail, High Winds Issued For Levittown
The National Weather Service issued a tornado warning for northwestern Burlington and central Camden counties until 4 p.m. A similar warning was issued for Crestwood Village and Chatsworth in Ocean County until 4:30 p.m. The storm system had weakened as it headed into New Jersey, the NWS said. If you don't have a Wawa close by, there are increasing odds of one opening near you soon. Replete with fuel stations, the newest Wawa convenience store opened Friday at 1465 Clements Bridge Road (County Road 544) in Deptford, Gloucester County. There are almost 270 Wawa stores in New Jersey with plans to open nearly a dozen more by the end of this year. Coastal flood warnings are in effect for the Jersey Shore and South Jersey, according to the National Weather Service. As the National Weather Service issued flash flood warnings for parts of Central and South Jersey, several water rescues were reported in Camden County. About 2:30 p.m. Thursday, first responders in Camden were called to Delaware Avenue and Cooper Street to assist "numerous cars in the water,'' according to initial reports. Pennsylvania State Police are seeking the public's help locating the suspect of a road rage shooting on I-95 in Delaware County last weekend. Zion I.
