Tractor-Trailer Flips On Ben Franklin Bridge (Developing) A tractor-trailer overturned on the New Jersey side of the Ben Franklin Bridge, authorities said. The crash at about 1:40 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 2, snarled traffic in the westbound lanes from Camden to mid-span, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
