A Williamsport woman was arrested in connection with the murder of a teenager in a restaurant parking lot, according to troopers. Johneice F. Legare, 36, was taken into custody Wednesday, March 6, wrote state police in a release. Authorities said she's charged with hindering apprehension and related counts. Communities are rallying for a man and a woman who were found shot to death in a car in Williamsport. Alisha Seese and Ronald "Ronnie" E. Dailey Jr., both 37 years old, were found just after midnight on Friday, Jan. 12, according to officials. The police had been called to reports of gunfire in the 1700 block of Terrace Place around 12:30 a.m., they said in a release. Authorities are shedding more light on the apparent murder of 19-year-old Kevin Cagle. The Williamsport-area resident was found dead along I-80 near Mexico and Creek roads in Liberty Township late on Friday, Oct. 13, state police previously said. The Montour County Coroner's Office said he died by homicide but did not describe the cause of death. Police were trying to piece together if a 23-year-old Bucknell University graduate jumped or fell out of a plane moments before it made an emergency landing with the pilot on board. A contractor in Pennsylvania has been charged after he accepted deposits to build elevators in six residents' homes but never did any of the work, authorities said.
