The crash happened on US 422 Eastbound at 8:53 a.m. on Oct 13th, the police explained.  The crash has caused a temporary closure of all lanes between Exit: US 222 North/US 422 East - Reading/Allentown through Exit: US 422 East Business - Penn St/Reading, as of 9:09 a.m., according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
