West Grove 18-Year-Old Killed In Fiery Crash Into Concrete Wall, Utility Pole: PA State Police An 18-year-old Chester County man has died in a fiery car crash, Pennsylvania State Police. Jason "JJ" Ruszin of West Grove was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash at 10:46 p.m. on Dec. 27, Trooper Michael Carter details in the release.  JJ had been traveling east on West Baltimore Pike when the rain picked up. In the deluge he lost control of his vehicle — "exiting the roadway striking a concrete wall and a utility pole. Firefighters Battle Early Morning Blaze In Chester County (Photos) Firefighters were dispatched to a house fire in West Fallowfield Township early Wednesday morning, Dec. 6, officials say.  Cochranville Fire Company was called to a three-story home on Bailey Crossroads Road just before 6:30 a.m., the department said in a release.  KVFD8.com All residents were safely evacuated and firefighters got to work attacking the blaze from two sides of the building, according to Company brass.
