Ex-Philly Police Lieutenant Sentenced For 2017 Sexual Assault Of 11-Year-Old Girl A former Philadelphia police lieutenant was sentenced Tuesday, March 15 to just under a year to two years in county jail for sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl in 2017, authorities in Bucks County said.
