Community Rallies To Support Family Of Mom, Daughter Killed In Bensalem Crash Nearly $23,300 had been raised on a GoFundMe to support the family of a mother and her daughter who were killed in a crash in Bensalem. Rafaela Serrato and her daughter Celene Serrato were returning home near Knights Road around 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 21 when the crash occurred, GoFundMe organizer Jasmine Serrato said. The impact immediately killed Celene, she said. Rafaela later died at an area hospital. They were "in the wrong place at the wrong time," according to Serrato.
