Philadelphia Man Pleads Guilty In Deadly Carjacking Of Delivery Driver: Usdoj A 19-year-old from Philadelphia pleaded guilty in federal court on Tuesday, April 2 to multiple counts related to a fatal carjacking, according to prosecutors.  Authorities said John Nusslein robbed two food delivery drivers at gunpoint in December 2021, one of whom later succumbed to his injuries.  The first robbery happened on Dec. 2 of that year, the US Attorney's Office said.
