Police Name Three Victims Of Weekend Homicides In Philadelphia Authorities have identified three people killed in three separate shootings across Philadelphia over the weekend.  The 59-year-old woman killed in Kensington on Friday afternoon, June 28 was Gladys Rivera-Perez, city police said.  Rivera-Perez was sitting on her porch when an argument broke out between "teenage females" on the 3400 block of Tampa Street, investigators believe.
