Reading Police Arrest Gunman 3 Months After Deadly Shooting Police in Berks County have apprehended a man they believe is responsible for the murder of a Reading man three months ago. Magnum Morrison, 25, was accused of shooting and killing 32-year-old Orlando Rodriguez in the 600 block of North 10th Street on June 17, according to Reading police. Morrison was taken into custody on Sept. 16 on charges of 1st-degree murder, aggravated assault, robbery, and related charges. He was sent to Berks County Jail with bail denied, court records show. His preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 1.
