Husani A. Laviscount, 33, is wanted by police in Manheim Township for burglary and arson of the apartment structure in the 600 block of Wyncroft Lane on April 25 between 8-8:44 p.m. Laviscount, entered one of the apartments and intentionally set it on fire-- a fire which then spread to a total of five other occupied structures-- all with the purpose of destroying or damaging them, according to police.
