Manheim Family Caught Dealing Thousands Of Grams Of THC, Abusing 18 Animals, Authorities Say
A Manheim family of four was caught "dealing marijuana and neglecting several animals" at their home, the Lancaster County District Attorney's office says. Jordan, 24; Austin, 21; Scott, 49; and Heide Breland, 46, all of the 100 block of West Colebrook Street, were arrested following a search warrant executed Jan. 13 at approximately 10:50 a.m. by Members of the Drug Task Force, with the assistance of Manheim Borough Police. A 20-year-old man from Hershey has died in a three-vehicle crash in Rapho Township, police say. The crash happened on state route 283 at mile marker 22.2 on Oct. 29 around 10:50 p.m., Manheim Borough police detailed in a release on Monday, Oct. 31. The head doctor and founder of two popular medical facilities in New Jersey has died in a motorcycle crash in central Pennsylvania, authorities say. Doctor Dimitry Rabkin, 59, of Cliffside Park, NJ, was pronounced dead at the scene of the single-vehicle crash by a deputy coroner with the Lancaster County Coroner's Office at 4:19 p.m. on Saturday, August 27. A 57-year-old woman supposedly wanted to kill her husband before she stabbed him five times on Sunday afternoon, according to the police.
