Arrest Made In Allentown Man's 2023 Murder A suspect is in custody for the murder of Alexander M. Price, the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office said on Thursday, March 14.  John Albert Garner, 25, is charged with criminal homicide and aggravated assault and is being held without bail, prosecutors wrote in a release.  Price, 29, was found dead at his 314 N. 16th Street home last July 9, Daily Voice reported. 16-Year-Old Teen Killed In Lehigh County Crash ID'd: Coroner Officials have identified the 16-year-old student killed in a car crash near Emmaus High School on Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 31.  (Note: This story has been updated to include information from Emmaus police.) Edwin Cortes, of Allentown, died of blunt force injuries to the torso due to a motor vehicle collision, said the Lehigh County Coroner's Office. Woman Shot Dead In Allentown: Coroner A 35-year-old woman was shot and killed in Allentown early Friday morning, Sept. 29.  The unnamed victim was shot around 2 a.m. on the 600 block of North Law Street, the Lehigh County Coroner's Office said. Her death was ruled a homicide.  An autopsy is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 2.  Allentown police and Lehigh County detectives are investigating in addition to the Coroner's Office.  Officials said they have identified the victim but are withholding her name so family members can grieve privately.

Lehigh County Woman Gunned Down In Public Park A woman was shot and killed in a Lehigh County park on Wednesday, says Coroner Daniel A.
