Pedestrian Killed On I-676 In Philadelphia, Troopers Say An unidentified man was hit by a car and died on Interstate 676 in Philadelphia on Wednesday morning, May 15, authorities say.  State police said the man walked from the right shoulder into the left westbound lane near Exit 1.5  around 4:15 a.m. He was struck and thrown back into the right shoulder where first responders found him fatally injured, troopers said.
