Berks Woman Who Claimed To Find Injured Dog Was Actually The Owner, Troopers Say A Berks County woman who claimed that she found an injured dog and her dead puppies along the side of the road was actually the animal's owner, according to a release from state troopers.  Bryanna Wagner, a 23-year-old from Leesport, brought a dog to Zoe’s House Rescue in Sinking Spring on May 7, police said.
