23-Year-Old Allentown Man Facing Charges After Stabbing Another Man During Bicycle Dispute A 23-year-old Allentown man was charged after he stabbed another man during a bicycle dispute Thursday, authorities said. Officers arrived in the 200 block of South Ott Street to find a 26-year-old victim with multiple stab wounds just after 12 p.m., according to Allentown police. First Platoon officers administered first aid to the man, including a tourniquet to his bleeding arm, police said. The victim is listed in stable condition, police said.
