Man Exposed Himself At Chester County Park, Police Say Authorities are searching for the man who they said exposed himself at East Goshen Township Park last week.  Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police said they were called about a "male subject in the park exposing his genitals" around 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31.  Responding officers identified the man as 68-year-old Kim David Maguire of Newtown Square, the department said.  He is charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct, and a warrant for his arrest has been issued, police added.  Any witnesses are asked to call Det. Chester County Native, Musical Artist Tyler Prescott Dies, 35 Chester County native Tyler Prescott died on Aug. 13 at the age of 35. Born in Bryn Mawr, Prescott was a dancer, singer, and musician on the guitar, having performed throughout West Chester, according to his obituary. He also worked for nine years as a server at Victory Brewing Company in Downingtown and as a gardener, his obit says. His obituary remembered him as someone with "radiant energy" who  brought "beauty, light, and joy to everyone he met."
