Man Shot By Officers ID'd By Pennsylvania State Police
A 34-year-old man has been identified after being fatally shot by an officer, the Pennsylvania State Police announced on Saturday. Payden Sells was shooting at the police when they returned fire killing him on Feb. 23, Trooper James Grothey detailed in a release. PSP York Troopers were called to assist area police with "domestic incident" in the 600 block of Colonial Avenue in Spring Garden Township at approximately 11:17 p.m., Grothey explained. A diehard KISS fan died suddenly from an unknown medical issue at a Pennsylvania Prison on Tuesday. Todd Sidesinger, 56 of the first block of North Hartman Street, York City, was pronounced at UPMC Memorial Hospital at 7:47 a..m. on Feb. 20, Coroner Pam Gay detailed in a release late that night. A coroner and a helicopter were called to the scene of a deadly motorcycle crash in York on Wednesday, authorities told Daily Voice. Kevin D. Frazier, 64, of Fawn Grove was wearing his helmet while riding his 2022 Ducati Monster motorcycle when he fatally crashed, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.
