The explosion happened in the 400 block of 9th Street, McKeesport around 8 a.m., according to WTAE. Two People Rescued From Ditch In Lower Merion: Sources Rescue crews were on the scene of a recovery effort in Montgomery County Wednesday, Feb. 23, after two people became trapped in a ditch, sources confirmed. The incident began around 11:35 a.m.. on the 1200 block of Mt.
