US Marshals Offer $2K Reward, New Details In Philly Inmate's Escape On the fifth day since he snuck off from a prison work detail, US Marshals are offering a reward for Gino Hagenkotter's capture.  The 34-year-old inmate was working at an orchard outside the Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center when he walked off without permission before noon on Thursday, Nov. 30, Daily Voice reported.
