An 18-year-old has been charged with homicide for killing his dad's roommate, the Lancaster County District Attorney's office announced on Wednesday. A Pennsylvania woman and six juveniles were arrested during a party where alcohol was being served to minors, authorities said. Melissa Marie Ferrell, 43, was accused of providing alcohol to the children at her Stevens home on Feb. 25, East Cocalico Township police said. Alcohol was suspected to be involved in a three-car crash that sent a driver and passenger to a nearby hospital Monday evening, authorities said.
