Luis Alejandro Rosado Colon, 24, and Alejandro Perez Rodriguez, 23, were taken into custody on Tuesday, July 9, according to authorities.
A car was shot at around 1 p.m. on July 1 near the Berkshire Mall, police said previously. No injuries were reported.
Authorities obtained an arrest warrant for Perez Rodriguez after identifying him as the owner of the suspect vehicle, Wyomissing PD said. Rosado Colon was at Perez Rodriguez's house and "further recognized (...) as being involved in the incident," officials said.
After an interview with detectives, Rosado Colon was charged with the shooting and Perez Rodriguez was charged with conspiracy, police said.
