Mom Killed, Child Hospitalized In Lancaster Christmas Day Crash: Authorities A 27-year-old mom has died following a three-vehicle crash on Christmas Day, the Lancaster County Coroner's office announced the following afternoon.  Karina Cruz-Camuy died at 3:20 p.m. at the scene of the crash on Wabank Road near Rabbit Hill Lane in Lancaster Township, Deputy Chief Coroner Eric Bieber detailed in the release.  The crash happened at 1:03 p.m. on Dec. 25, according to Lancaster County Wide Communications.  The coroner was called to the scene at 3:08 p.m. Cruz was found ejected from the front passenger seat with "significant trauma," Bieber said. Former Palmyra Athlete, 20, Killed In Dauphin County Crash A 20-year-old man died after crashing his car in Dauphin County woods early this week, authorities said. Trevor Binner of Palmyra was trapped in his vehicle when firefighters found his vehicle arrived in woods off Rountop Road around 12:45 p.m. Monday, police said. The Dauphin County Coroner's Office identified Binner after he was extricated between the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Route 283 in Londonderry Township.
