Preschooler In Diapers Lost At Intersection In Central PA, Police Say A three to five year old girl was found all alone wearing nothing but a pink t-shirt and diapers, Steelton Borough Police announced on Thursday, March 30, 2023 around 9:20 a.m. The police were searching for the parent(s) or guardian(s) of the girl who was found near the intersection of Swatara Street and South River Alley in the Borough that morning.  They believed she is possibly mixed race.
