A Pennsylvania driver accused of killing two people during the unsanctioned H2oi car rally in Wildwood last fall has been indicted on 18 counts including vehicular homicide, NJ Advance Media reports. Gerald J. White, 37, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Delaware was allegedly fleeing another crash when he hit a Honda Civic and two pedestrians on Sept. 24, prosecutors have said. DWI PA Driver Indicted In NJ Corrections Officer's Death
A Pennsylvania driver has been indicted on DWI charges in a crash that killed an off-duty New Jersey corrections officer, NJ Advance Media reported. Joshua R. Beardsworth, 25, of Pittsgrove Township, was stopped in his BMW on the right shoulder of Route 55 when a car — also on the northbound side — struck him in Vineland on Aug. 15, 2021, according to earlier reports. A New Jersey State Police sergeant has been accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl who goes to school with his daughter at a motel in State College, PA and giving her alcohol, according to various news reports citing police documents.
