The girl left her assigned classroom area and entered another classroom without permission, then sprayed hand sanitizer in the direction of other students around 7:45 a.m. on March 24, Lower Windsor Township Police Chief David J. Arnold said.
One of the students was later hospitalized for additional treatment, according to HBG100.
Following an investigation by the the school board and Lower Windsor Township School Resource Officer charges have been filed against her.
She was charged as a juvenile with the following:
- (3) Counts of Simple Assault (Misdemeanor 2)
- (1) Count of Recklessly Endangering Another Person (Misdemeanor 2)
- (1) Count of Disorderly Conduct (Misdemeanor 3)
- (3) Counts of Harassment (Summary)
The alleged attacker originally took to TikTok to refute that it was an attack, instead she claimed it was self-defense, saying she was being bullied.
