PA Man Dies After Medical Event Leads To Route 33 Crash: Coroner A 67-year-old man from Buckingham Township, Bucks County, died after a crash along Route 33 in Northampton County, the coroner’s office announced on Tuesday, Nov. 26. Jerome J. Ozovek suffered a medical event, leading to the crash on the northbound off-ramp to Main Street at the Tatamy Exit in Palmer Township on Monday, Nov. 25, according to Northampton County Coroner Zachary Lysek. Ozovek was transported to St. Luke’s Hospital, Anderson Campus in Bethlehem Township, where he was pronounced dead. The coroner ruled the cause of death as natural due to a medical event. Ward, of Easton, died in the two-vehicle crash that happened at the intersection of Freemansburg Avenue and 7th Street in Bethlehem Township, the Northampton County Coroner's Office said, according to 69 News.  Daily Voice reached out to the coroner's office for confirmation but hasn't heard back at the time of publication. 1 Killed, 1 Hospitalized In Bethlehem Crash, Police Say One driver's dead and another is in the hospital following a crash early on Saturday morning, Oct. 20, Bethlehem Township Police announced.  The "serious' two vehicle happened at the intersection of Freemansburg Avenue and 7th Street in the township at 2:35 a.m., police detailed in the release.
