Maryland Man Tortures Diabetic Woman In Pennsylvania Basement: Affidavit
A badly beaten diabetic woman escaped to WellSpan York hospital after days of abuse at the hands of a man she had recently moved in with, Penn Township police detailed in court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Thursday, Aug. 8.
