A 41-year-old man has been arrested for causing a crash that led to death or injury and fleeing, West Manchester Township police announced on Wednesday, June 26. Brenor Pluviose of York was wanted on a warrant for the felony charge as well as the summary offense of Fail To Stop And Give Information Or Render Aid since June 20, according to his court docket and as explained by the police.
