Ex-Philly Cop Found Guilty Of Manslaughter In On-Duty Killing Of Unarmed Black Man A now-former Philadelphia police officer was convicted Wednesday, Sept. 21 in the on-duty killing of an unarmed Black man nearly five years earlier, authorities said.
