Philly-Based Publicist Hit, Killed By Car In Wawa Parking Lot: Police Kelly Boyd, a Philadelphia public relations professional and consultant of nearly 30 years, died after being hit by a truck on Wednesday, Aug. 30, authorities say. She was 56.  Police say the accident occurred in a Wawa parking lot in Hatfield.
