Lehigh Thieves Smuggled Perfume In Baby Stroller, Cops Say
A man and a woman are charged with theft after police say they walked into a Lehigh County beauty store and tried to smuggle out goods in a decoy stroller, according to state police. The suspects went to Ulta Beauty at Hamilton Crossings in Lower Macungie just before 6 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 16, said Trooper Nathan Branosky in a statement. The pair, a 22-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman, had brought along an empty baby stroller and filled it with perfume before walking out of the store without paying, he said. 1 Dead In Berks County Stabbing: Report
A man was fatally stabbed Friday, May 27 in Spring Township (Berks County), WFMZ reports. One person was arrested after the unidentified victim was discovered inside an apartment on the Berkshire Hills complex on Wyoming Drive, according to the outlet. 1 Dead, 2 Hurt In Berks County House Fire
One person died and two other victims were injured in a Sunday evening house fire in Spring Township (Berks County), WFMZ reports. The two-alarm blaze spread through the Miller Road home, bringing multiple fire companies to the scene around 7 p.m., the outlet says. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
