Know Them? Burglars Sought For Chester County Break-In Southern Chester County Regional Police are looking for the trio that broke into a Kennett Square smoke shop last month.  The three burglars made their way inside the Smoke & Vape at New Garden Center around 3:15 a.m. on Oct. 25, the department said.  Surveillance video captured the thieves driving a silver sedan with missing hubcaps on the front wheels, said police.  Anyone who can identify them or their car is asked to contact Sergeant Kushner at rkushner@sccrpd.org or submit an anonymous tip through Crimewatch.

Rodrigo Guzman-Hernandez, 37, was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped Monday on Baltimore Pike in New Garden around 8 p.m. for a moving violation, Southern Chester County Regional police said. Officers saw Guzman-Hernandez making "furtive movements" toward the floor, and was removed from the vehicle, authorities said.
