Kelsey Jean Killed, 5-Year-Old Hurt In West Whiteland Crash
A 30-year-old woman was killed, and a 5-year-old girl was hospitalized following a tree limb falling on the roof of a car on South Ship Road in West Whiteland Township on Thursday, Dec. 5, authorities said. The Chester County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Kelsey Jean. Jean was driving a 2011 Chevrolet Suburban when a tree landed on its roof near Stonegate Court at approximately 9:54 a.m., according to police. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
