North Penn Student Who Had Hijab Ripped Off By Peers Could Face Criminal Charges A North Penn High School student who had her hijab ripped off by two of her peers during a fight could be facing criminal charges. Lawmakers, religious officials and other community members in Montgomery County say Sanaa Beaufort, however, was the victim.
