An 18-year-old man is wanted for his involvement in a shooting in Lancaster City, police announced on Wednesday, Nov. 20. Norman Coleman has been charged with carrying a firearm without a license, persons not to possess firearms, and discharging a firearm, according to the Lancaster City Bureau of Police. Officers responded for a person with a weapon at Castor Garden Middle School, 1800 Cottman Avenue, at 12:11 p.m., the Philadelphia Police Department said in a news release.
