1-Year-Old Boy Stabbed Outside Philadelphia Synagogue: What We Know A 1-year-old baby was stabbed outside of a synagogue in Philadelphia Saturday, April 13, police said. According to Philadelphia police, the boy was stabbed in the left forearm outside of 300 South 18th Street just after 12 p.m. In a statement to 6abc, Temple Beth Zion-Beth Israel (BZBI) synagogue said the incident was not an anti-Semitic attack. The baby was taken to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia by PFD-Medic Unit and is in stable condition. No weapon was found, no arrests were made, and there was no scene.

4-Year-Old Girl Shot In Philadelphia: Police A 4-year-old girl was hospitalized with a gunshot wound in Philadelphia on Thursday evening, March 28, city police say.  Authorities said it happened just after 7 p.m. on the 2400 block of 79th Avenue. The victim was struck once in the abdomen in a bathroom at a residence, police said.  She was taken to Einstein Hospital where her condition is said to be stable.  Police said the weapon had not been recovered and no arrests had been made as of Thursday night.  The shooting comes just hours after a 3-year-old was fatally shot in Allentown.
