2-Year-Old Falls From Third-Floor Window In Philadelphia: Police A 2-year-old boy fell from a window in Philadelphia Thursday, Jan. 25, police said. The boy fell from the third floor window at a building on the 800 block of North 20th Street around 5:25 p.m., city police said. The child and mom were rushed to Pennsylvania Hospital, where the boy was listed in stable condition.  The scene is currently being held for further investigation.

Video uploaded to the Citizen App showed the Dodge rolled on its side and the Acura resting on the sidewalk.  Police said the man and woman in the Dodge were each pronounced dead at the scene, though their names were not given…

Lockdown: Philly Elementary School On High Alert After Gun Found In Bathroom An elementary school in Philadelphia is locked down by order of city police after a firearm was discovered in a student bathroom late Monday morning, authorities told Daily Voice.  The gun was found in a boy's bathroom on the first floor at EW Rhodes Elementary School, 2900 W. Clearfield Street, police wrote in a release. Investigators also found evidence that the firearm might have been "discharged," they added.  No injuries have been reported from the school, PPD noted. The gun is in police possession and officers remain on the scene, the department said.

Attempted Car Thief Shot Multiple Times In Philadelphia A 28-year-old man's attempt to steal a car was intercepted when he was shot multiple times in Philadelphia over the weekend, authorities said. The unidentified black male was committing the crime on the 6100 block of Ellsworth Street on the highway around 9:50 p.m., when someone fired at him, striking him multiple times throughout his body, city police said. He was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center by police and placed in critical condition. An arrest was made and weapon was recovered, authorities said.

PA Dad Of Three Shot Dead By Coworker, Family Says A Bucks County man was shot dead in his car at work, and his family believes a colleague pulled the trigger.
