Officers responded to reports of a person with a gun in the 4600 block of Roosevelt Boulevard at 3:11 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 7, the Philadelphia Police Department said. When they arrived, officers found that the man was shot in the right shoulder by a Home Depot security guard, according to police.
