An additional arrest has been announced in a large-scale sex trafficking ring run out of Pennsylvania massage parlors, authorities said. Zigui "Lisa" Zheng was arrested and charged with operating a corrupt organization and dealing in unlawful proceeds, along with related offenses, Cumberland County District Attorney Sean McCormac said. PA 'Asian' Massage Parlor Raid Turns Human Trafficking Ring Bust: DA
A 12-agency joint investigation has led to the downfall of a large-scale human trafficking ring across three Central Pennsylvania counties, authorities announced on Friday, Sept. 1.
