Capitol Riot Suspects Arrested For Assault On Officer Brian Sicknick Grew Up In Central Jersey A Pennsylvania and West Virginia man -- both natives of Central Jersey -- were arrested Sunday on criminal charges related to their alleged conspiring to injure Capitol Hill police officers, federal officials said.  During the Jan. 6 riot, they allegedly sprayed bear repellant into the faces of three officers, one of whom -- Brian D.
