'Intoxicated' Tenant With Guns Caused Incident In Lebanon, Police Say
The police incident on Chestnut Street in Lebanon on Tuesday, March 26 is now known to have been caused by an angry "intoxicated" tenant refusing to leave a property at the request of his landlord, the Lebanon City police detailed in a release on Thursday, March 28. Body Cam Footage Of Armed Crime Spree Has Lebanon DA Ruling Shooting 'Justified'
Recently released bodycam footage showing just part of a 32-year-old man's crime spree has led Lebanon County District Attorney Pier Hess Graf to rule police "justified" in shooting at him, as she announced at a press conference where she played part of the footage on Thursday.
