Driver Killed In Head-On Crash In Northampton County: PSP A 67-year-old woman was killed in a head-on crash in Lower Nazareth Township, authorities said. PA 17-Year-Old Dies In Crash Days Before Starting Senior Year, Mom Says A boy was killed in a car crash just days before starting his senior year of high school, his mother said on Friday, Aug. 16.  Jaxon Phetsavanh, 17, of Hellertown, has died following a crash along the Route 33 Southbound Exit Ramp to Route 248 in Lower Nazareth Township on Thursday, Aug. 15, according to a release by the Northampton County Coroner's Office.  His cause of death was "Blunt Force Injuries," as stated in the release.  An investigation into the accident is ongoing by Pennsylvania State Police and the Northampton County Coroner’s Office.  His mother took to …

The Palmer Municipal Fire Department responded to a two-alarm house fire in Lower Nazareth Township just after 9 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 18, the squad said.
