Arrest Made In Allentown Man's 2023 Murder
A suspect is in custody for the murder of Alexander M. Price, the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office said on Thursday, March 14. John Albert Garner, 25, is charged with criminal homicide and aggravated assault and is being held without bail, prosecutors wrote in a release. One man is charged with attempted murder after four people were shot near Allentown's Muhlenberg College late on Tuesday night, Feb. 20, prosecutors say. It happened at 1837 West Turner Street around 6:45 p.m., the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office wrote in a release. Allentown Shooting Victim ID'd As 33-Year-Old Alburtis Man: Coroner
A 33-year-old Alburtis man was killed in an Allentown shooting over the weekend, officials said. Miguel Steven Dalmasi was shot at the intersection of East Walnut Street at South Dauphin Street around 8:40 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel Buglio said. The manner of death a was ruled a homicide and an autopsy will be completed on Tuesday, Feb. 20. The Allentown Police Department, Lehigh County Homicide Task Force and the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office are investigating.

Officials have named the 91-year-old man killed in a Lower Macungie crash on Monday afternoon, Jan. 22. John H. Milliman was a passenger in a BMW headed north on Route 222 around 10:40 a.m., according to state police. The BMW was struck by a tractor-trailer when it turned left onto Kressler Road, rotating 90 degrees and coming to rest near the center median, troopers said. Gabriel Cartagena, the 44-year-old man wanted in connection with a double homicide last month in Allentown, has surrendered, police announced.
