Sealed Deal Ends Suit Over Suicide Of Accused Double Murderer In York County Prison A lawsuit over an accused double murderer who hanged herself while imprisoned ended recently with a settlement. At the end of Feb. a deal between the York County Prison and the executor of the estate of Veronique Henry was settled and sealed by the order of  U.S. Middle District Magistrate Judge Martin C. Carlson.
