A Lititz teen has been charged in connection with the rape of a younger teenage girl, Northern Lancaster Regional Police announced on Jan. 1, 2024. Elyas Ryan Hoag, 18, was identified as the suspect through evidence including a DNA match, according to the police. A 28-year-old man was arrested Friday on incest and child rape charges, Lititz Borough of Police announced. Walter Omar Hernandez-Sosof of Lititz was charged just seven days after the LBPD received the report of the sexual abuse of a child in his family in the first block of Pennwick Drive in Lititz Borough.
