'Street-Level' Reading Drug Dealer Arrested With $27K In Drugs: DA
A Reading "street-level" drug dealer was arrested with more than $27,000 worth of heroin and fentanyl, authorities said. Jaime Serrano-Rosario, 55, was arrested without incident by detectives of the Berks County Drug Task Force on Thursday, Oct. 17, according to the Berks County District Attorney's Office.
