A shopper at a Philadelphia corner store paid $2 to win $250,000 over the weekend, according to state gaming officials. The lucky winner matched all five balls pulled in the Saturday, May 11 drawing for the Cash 5 with Quick Cash game, lotto reps said. Front Page News at 1801 Oregon Avenue will receive a $500 bonus check for selling the winning ticket. Winners are not identified until they claim their prize and their ticket is validated.
